One of the standout aspects of this project was our ability to bring it from brief to installation in under four weeks – a testament to Northbanks’ efficiency and expertise in fast-tract retail activations.

Visual merchandising played a crucial role in the success of this activation. By strategically displaying Destree’s products, we were able to:

  • Elevate the perception of the brand and align it with high-end competitors.
  • Enhance the desirability of the products, ensuring they were presented in a premium manner.
  • Support the introduction of higher price point merchandise by meeting customer expectations of luxury retail.

Result

The Destree install was only supposed to be a month-long retail activation pop-up, but because of its huge success; it is now going into its third month in Selfridges. This is why we believe in understanding the customer experience/journey because it can make all the difference which is reflected in the extension of this retail activation pop-up.
