A perimeter led layout defines the concession footprint, anchored by a dedicated consultation and testing counter. This structure supports clear navigation, clear sight-lines and natural engagement between staff and customers, while maximising functionality within a department store setting.
Material choices and proportions were carefully considered to feel contemporary without overt luxury, reinforcing Jones Road’s belief that great makeup should feel accessible rather than intimidating.
