
To celebrate 40 years of White Stuff, Northbanks partnered with the brand to deliver a playful nationwide summer tour designed to bring energy, nostalgia and community spirit directly to customers across the UK.
White Stuff wanted to celebrate its 40th anniversary with a nationwide experiential retail tour that could travel across multiple UK coastal locations whilst delivering a consistent, high-quality brand experience.
The challenge was creating a modular mobile activation that balanced strong visual impact and customer engagement with the practical demands of live touring logistics, public seaside locations, operational compliance and fast-paced multi-site rollout.

Northbanks designed and delivered a fully mobile experiential retail activation built around a branded Citroën H ice cream van, touring key UK coastal destinations including St Ives, Truro, Dartmouth, Exeter, Brighton, Eastbourne and Whitstable.
Alongside the creative production and branded activation elements, Northbanks managed the operational rollout of the summer tour across multiple live public environments – coordinating logistics, health & safety, installation, site management and customer engagement to deliver a seamless multi-location brand experience.

Running across multiple summer weekends, the activation combined experiential retail, customer engagement and lifestyle-led brand storytelling through free ice cream giveaways, branded environments, deck chairs, surf-inspired installations and interactive customer touchpoints.
Alongside the creative production and fabrication, NORTHBANKS managed the full operational rollout of the tour – coordinating logistics, installation, site management, health & safety compliance and live activation support across multiple public seaside and retail environments.
The result was a highly shareable summer retail activation that increased brand visibility, encouraged customer interaction and brought White Stuff’s adventurous, community-led brand personality to life through a seamless multi-location experiential campaign.
